Conference registration fees
are depending on the registration period and EMVA member organisations
benefit from reduced fees.
Since the period for Early-Bird registration has closed,
EMVA Members participate for just €840 *
and
Non-Members are invited to join for just €1290 *
* Your company is a start-up, founded after January 1st, 2020?
Then contact us and benefit from 20% discount on the conference registration fee.

Invoicing is done via the registration platform offering comfortable online payment.
Cancellation policy
A cancellation of registration may be done via the online registration portal at any time.
Paid registrants may cancel until Wednesday, March 30th, 2022, without charge by contacting payments@emva.org. After that date, a €100 cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Wednesday, April 27th, 2022.
